This popular series, in its 13th year, has a unique format and purpose.

At 12:30, we show a film. At 2:00 PM, we have a discussion of the legal issues raised in the film, led by Andy Kassier. Andy is a Miami attorney who specializes in commercial and appellate law, also loves to teach. Each month he brings us a topic that is current, relevant, and never as simple as it seems.

February 10 - topic: Right to Privacy; film: Article 12: Waking Up in a Surveillance Society. Based on Article 12 of the UN Declaration of Human Rights, the film takes a sharp look at the current state of privacy around the world and the debates it has provoked.

Fees are $7 per session, payable at the door.
